Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

 

Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfilment and customer service’s team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

 

Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed, and dispatched within 2 working days of when they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible. Even we need sleep!
